This Educational opportunity is being offered by the Redwood Forest Institute, a 501-c-3, California for Public Benefit Organization providing the opportunity for visitors to have the option of enhancing their vacation experience, with tours of the property, seminars, and lectures on how our Redwood Forests should be managed for the benefit of future generation and other related educational purposes geared specifically to each applicant's interests.  The fee includes housing and is a tax deductible charitable contribution to this non-profit organization.
                           Call for more information.

Along with the educational opportunities, this place to stay that is being offered was owner-architect's own personal home for 20 years and is now being made available to single person or couples.  It represents what the architect calls, "Living Sculpture".  It features ceiling to floor glass all the way around without interruption.   It is like being out of doors yet with all the creature comforts of being inside.   It sits on the brow of a hill,  nestled between redwoods with a beautiful knoll in front leading to a magnificent view of the forest in all directions.  Early mornings with fog mist and the evening light shows are awesome.  It is like a moving nature scene before your eyes for your personal enjoyment and pleasure.

Participation Rates $165.00 per night with 2 night minimum - 3 night minimum holiday weekends.  7 night, weekly rates $885.00.

Bring your own food, sleeping bags or sheets, towels, and personal gear. Please include your flashlights.

Booking
Make checks payable to Redwood Forest Institute, PO Box 2079, Willits, Ca. 95490.  Non-refundable full payment is required in order to hold the reservation for educational seminars unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

Our weekend stay in the Parabolic Glass House was incredible.  The house

> experiences at the Bello Ranch -- I can only recommend going and

Recommendation from recent guest

Staying in the glass house felt like floating in the forest, like living in art. The way the light fell on the trees each evening was something to behold. We felt at home right away. We enjoyed the freshly picked berry dessert and had a good time checking out your beautiful garden. We also loved the walk to Big Tree. That gave us a glimpse of how impressive the old growth forest must have been.  The beauty and peace of your place---the trees, the river, the bridges, and the deer were spectacular. But our favorite spot was King’s Hole. We loved swimming, laying in the sun, and building a fire there at night. And we’re looking forward to spending more time exploring your amazing place. We’ll definitely be back. Year after year. Thanks so much for the most unique and fulfilling vacation we’ve had.
